About Danielle

Danielle Simone Boutté is a community builder, a strategist, & a creative. But, above all else, she is a natural leader that believes in the power of mentorship & partnership.

She brings a humanist approach to all of her work, whether that be producing a global roadshow to market new & emerging technology or a company-wide initiative focused on creating safe spaces for employees to discuss social issues impacting their lives. Danielle believes that intentionally putting the human first in our work’s design builds bridges that allow a company’s message to widely resonate with its audiences. The success of this holistic approach can be seen within the data.

Over the course of her 12+ years of professional experience, she has primarily focused on leading the production and strategy for marketing events as well as various types of community-focused initiatives. The industries she has worked within span from Media & Fashion to Technology. Across many of the roles Danielle has held, she sought to establish what would be considered a first of its kind for each company. This pioneering way of thinking is what she has seen help companies differentiate themselves from their competition. She also considers this to be part of her legacy, to leave a footprint with every role she takes on throughout her career.

Given her exposure to such enormous industries, she was also exposed to many inequities directly impacting diverse communities. These observations eventually became her motivation to bring her expertise to roles rooted in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Danielle thinks of her DEI work as an attempt to “shape the vision for what it means to be a modern company doing business in a multicultural world”. She does this mainly through building approachable, globally relevant, & most importantly, creative outlets for education. The inspiration for Danielle’s work is solidarity in its purest form. Her favorite quote that speaks to the subject of solidarity is that “Alone we can do so little; Together we can do so much” – Hellen Keller.

Podcast

In recent times, a large number of companies have caught onto the results-driving power of hosting their own thought-leading conversations in podcast format. In line with this trend, Danielle had the opportunity to create a DEI-focused podcast show for a technology company where she not only hosted each episode but also fully produced the show. Passing the mic to employees around the globe has given her past employer an internal platform for inclusion & belonging on several levels.
